Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors per site policies and emergencies if needed.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns calmly and escalate as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization, reporting issues to staff.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately per reporting procedures.
