Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A security-related guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology data center.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of data center buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access control points and verify authorization for entry into restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols and incidents.
