Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Computer or tablet proficiency is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a technology data center by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of data center buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials per site procedures; document activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and with escalation per procedures.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
