Gateway Rehab Center in Washington, PA, is seeking a full-time Substance Use Disorder Inpatient Therapist. You will deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the treatment team to help clients progress toward recovery. A PA background check and health clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year experience in health and human services.
• Pass PA Criminal Background Check.
• PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
• Pass Drug Screen.
• 2-Step TB Test.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes trauma-informed treatment with evidence-based practices.
• Develops treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Provides individual, group, and/or family therapy.
• Performs ongoing assessments and revises plans.
• Completes clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintains contact with referral sources for patient caseload.
• Plans for continuing care and makes referrals.
• Achieves and maintains 50% productivity.
• Participates in supervision with the manager.
• Complies with HIPAA and state regulations.
