• Ability to operate a range of vehicles and machinery safely.
• Effective verbal and written communication; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate switches and brakes to ensure trains move safely between tracks.
• Build trains by attaching/detaching freight cars and inspecting for rules compliance.
• Maintain safe working conditions and ensure PPE is used as required.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment following safety practices.
• Foster good radio etiquette, customer relations, and teamwork.
