Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the state of practice.
• Willingness to become licensed in additional states as needed.
• Comfortable providing telehealth services (training provided).

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group, family, and other counseling in various settings to meet client goals.
• Complete intake/screening and/or comprehensive assessments within designated time frames.
• Determine and document diagnoses based on assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings and provide case feedback.
• Ensure authorized services are approved and adequately documented within time frames.
• Document all services in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Assist clients through the transition process and complete final correspondence.
• Maintain professional relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers.
• Handle crisis situations and participate in emergency services as needed.
• Facilitate group counseling, family therapy, and individual sessions.
• Provide clinical consultation to treatment team members when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
