Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required.
• Hold provisional licensure with the state board (e.g., PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT).
• Willingness to obtain full licensure and complete required supervision hours.
• Comfort with providing telehealth services, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling under professional guidelines.
• Conduct intake and comprehensive assessments per state standards.
• Document diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings for case feedback.
• Ensure timely documentation of services per standards and best practices.
• Assist clients through transition processes and draft final summaries/letters.
• Handle crises effectively and coordinate emergency services as needed.
• Represent the agency professionally and maintain referral relationships.
