Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking qualified therapists to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals, families, and groups within Missouri. You will develop individualized treatment plans and document care per regulatory standards, delivering individual, group, and family counseling.

Telehealth services may be utilized to reach clients across designated regions. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in a related field and licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT), with willingness to obtain licenses in

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Holds LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.
• Willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat clients based on individual needs.
• Develop treatment plans and document services per state standards.
• Provide individual, group, family counseling as needed.
• Participate in clinical staffing and offer feedback on cases.
