Burrell Behavioral Health in Columbia, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated Therapist to provide individual, group, and family counseling within Adult Community Services. You will assess, diagnose, and treat clients using evidence-based approaches and participate in crisis interventions and collaborative planning.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, with willingness to expand licensure and offer telehealth.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Current LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in good standing.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses and provide telehealth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to serving diverse populations.

• Provide individual, group, family, and/or practical counseling in various settings.
• Complete intake/screening and comprehensive assessments.
