Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Therapist in Marshfield, Missouri to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals, families, and couples, delivering evidence-based interventions in a collaborative outpatient setting.

The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and individual and group counseling, with opportunities for crisis intervention and telehealth services as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Licensed in the state as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (or eligible).
• Willing to become licensed in additional states as needed.
• Comfortable providing telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and other counseling to meet client needs and treatment goals.
• Complete intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within required time frames.
• Develop and document accurate diagnoses based on assessments.
• Create individualized treatment plans aligned with standards.
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings for case feedback.
• Ensure services are authorized and documented per regulatory timelines.
• Document all services per regulatory standards.
• Support clients through transition and final correspondence.
• Maintain professional relationships with referrals, clients, and coworkers.
• Handle crises and participate in emergency services as needed.
• Facilitate group counseling, family therapy, and individual sessions.
• Provide clinical consultation to the treatment team when required.
