Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual, group, and family counseling across settings in Missouri. The role involves assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning, with opportunities for telehealth services and collaboration with multiple departments.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, with willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the practicing state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states and provide telehealth services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family and/or other counseling to meet client treatment goals.
• Complete intake/ screening and comprehensive assessments within required time frames.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans and progress notes.
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings to discuss cases.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure authorized services and timely documentation.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and agency standards.
