Park National Bank is seeking a full-time teller in Bellville, OH. The role requires serving customers, processing transactions accurately, and referring customers to specialists.

You will use product knowledge to suggest appropriate offerings and maintain compliance with bank policies and security standards. The position is hourly and full-time, with a typical schedule Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–12:00pm, including 37.5–40 hours per week.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally.
• Complete transaction processing timely, accurately, and in accordance with bank procedures.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest suitable products and services.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures to protect bank assets.
