Job summary

DuTrac Community Credit Union in Iowa seeks a friendly Teller to accurately process transactions, assist members with financial needs, and maintain balanced cash drawer. You will help members choose products and services that fit their goals while upholding our service standards.

The role requires attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to excellent member experiences. Branch hours include M-Th 8:00a-5:00p, Fri 8:00a-5:30p, with Saturday morning shifts on a rotating basis.

• Accurately processing transactions while providing a positive member interaction while adhering to established guidelines
• Assist members in determining what their financial needs are and making appropriate recommendations for products and services that provide the most benefit to them
• Will be responsible for accurate teller balancing of all currency

Branch hours are M-Th 8:00a-5:00p, Fri 8:00a-5:30p. All Tellers will be required to work Saturday mornings on a rotating basis from 9:00auntil 12:00p.
