Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Current RN license with privileges to practice in Illinois.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and collaborates with care team to influence outcomes.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed.
• Demonstrates safety culture and ethical practice.
