Job summary

Advocate Health Care's Park Ridge, IL telemetry unit is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, compassionate care on a 46-bed unit with Medical Telemetry and Dialysis responsibilities. The shift is full-time, 7a–7p, and the RN will apply the nursing process to deliver safe, evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing program, Illinois RN license, BLS, ACLS (or obtain within 3 months), and openness to new grads with NCLEX date.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the State of Illinois.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification and ACLS (or obtained within 3 months of hire).
• New Grad RN with NCLEX test date considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
