The Full Time Team Member represent Chick-fil-A by providing 2nd Mile Service to each of our Guests within the restaurant. Willingness, Ability, and Availability are the foundation for success in this role. • Separating raw and ready-to-eat foods

Skills and Requirements

• Be able to walk over seven hours a day while carrying up to 50 pounds
• Have the ability to stand, sit, walk, stoop, bend, reach, crouch and twist throughout the day
• Work without the need for breaks of any kind for at least 2 hours at a time
• Tolerate high levels of heat exposure for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Move with a high sense of urgency
• Balance while carrying items
• Quick reflexes and the ability to adapt to changing situations
