Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and performance, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to opening/closing procedures. This role supports CVS Store Management and, when no manager is onsite, leads the store and supervisory staff.

The position requires at least a High School diploma or equivalent, with strong deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and support weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise displays and inventory.
