Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible schedule: full-time with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Development – Live The Pledge, WOW! customer service and build a high-performing team.
• Communication Excellence – maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive performance.
• Metrics Mindedness – learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Structure & Process Orientation – support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and uphold training processes.
• Teamwork & Training – assist with staffing, mentoring and developing the team.
• Customer Service Leadership – take charge of customer service activities and resolve concerns.
• Inventory & Sales Management – oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising and sales strategies.
• Operations Training – complete management skills training and learn essential store operations.
