Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry.
• Experience coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment.
• Must engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to review results against goals and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership in community, customer service, sales, and team development.
• Develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and conversions.
• Deliver coaching, training, and role-playing to improve performance.
• Attain sales and service goals, protect profit margins, and execute store operations.
• Direct merchandising opportunities and delegate tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Share responsibility for total store operations and cost control as Floor Leader.
