Job summary

Rhoback is hiring a full-time Associate to join our front-line sales team in Dallas. You will open and close the store, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure security protocols are followed.

You’ll be the go-to resource the store relies on, upholding Rhoback brand standards and helping teammates succeed. You will engage customers with authenticity, learn product fabrics and stories, and contribute to inventory and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Willing to grow and take on supervisory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and build rapport to understand needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and styling guidance.
• Know fabric details, fit, function, and the Rhoback story behind products.
• Assist with fitting rooms, stock availability, and special requests.
• Contribute to sales goals through engagement, upselling, and relationship-building.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns with care.
