Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18 years old minimum.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses POS system to scan and process purchases; reports scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Opens additional check lanes as required for efficiency.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following planograms.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assists management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Ensures a safe working environment and proper equipment maintenance.
• Follows inventory procedures and performs cleaning tasks to standard.
