The role offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour with scheduled increases through Year 5, averaging 30+ hours per week for full-time employment and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service is required.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses POS to scan and process purchases and reports scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Supports efficient checkout by adjusting lanes as needed.
• Stock shelves per merchandising plan and maintain displays.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Follow company policies and ensure a safe working environment.
