Job summary

You will work closely with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and store standards. The role requires ability to use POS systems, operate equipment, and follow policies while upholding safety and attendance expectations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process purchases and reports errors.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows the line policy and opens additional check lanes for efficiency.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately for timely delivery.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Supports store management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
