ALDI USA in Charlotte, NC is hiring a full-time Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. Average 30+ hours weekly with starting wage of $18.50/hour and scheduled wage increases in years 2–5.

You’ll work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and a smooth shopping experience. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, restocking shelves, handling curbside orders, and upholding safety and company policies.

Qualificações

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment (POS, cash registers, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Read and follow ALDI policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise and stock products according to merchandising planograms.
• Use POS to process purchases and handle cash transactions.
• Assist curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Adhere to cash policies and store policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and support management goals.
