Job summary

Starting wage is $20.50 per hour with increases in Year 2–5, and average hours exceed 30 per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS system.
• Ability to follow ALDI policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the point-of-sale system to scan and process purchases and informs management of issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms.
