Job summary

Starting wage is $20.50 per hour with wage increases in Year 2 ($21.00), Year 3 ($21.50), Year 4 ($21.50), and Year 5 ($22.50). This is a full-time role averaging 30+ hours per week, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers and POS.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 18+ years old.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and assist customers.
• Process purchases accurately using the POS system and cash registers.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandising planograms are followed.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and maintain store cleanliness.
• Follow cash policies and contribute to safety and efficiency.
