Job summary

Starting wage is $20.50 per hour with wage increases in Year 2–5 up to $22.50. This full-time role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers and POS equipment accurately.
• Follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and escalates concerns when needed.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Use POS system to process purchases and report scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and merchandising displays per planograms.
• Complete curbside pickups accurately and timely.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Ensure a safe working environment and proper equipment maintenance.
