ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate in Minnesota. This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week with starting wages at $19.50 per hour and annual wage increases through Year 5.

You will merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, following cash policies, assisting with curbside orders, and maintaining merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate relevant store equipment and POS system.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
