Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring part-time Store Associates, Stockers and Cashiers in Minnesota. Roles include merchandising, stocking, cashiering and maintaining store presentation. Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with scheduled increases in subsequent years.

You will help ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations. Roles require early morning availability, ability to lift up to 45 pounds, and commitment to ALDI policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18+ years old required or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS system and cash registers.
• Strong communication and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock to maintain store appearance.
• Provide friendly, efficient cashiering and customer service.
