Job summary

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with scheduled increases over five years. The position is full-time with 30+ hours weekly on average, and benefits are offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and escalate concerns to store management as necessary.
• Inform store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Operate the POS system to scan and process purchases and report scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures and follow line policy for efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and displays according to merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
