Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a store associate in Minnesota to merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean the store. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high merchandising and cleanliness standards.

The starting wage is $20.00 per hour with wage increases over time, and full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits including 401(k) plans, medical, and paid time off. Average schedule is 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment (POS, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks).
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

• Reliable, punctual attendance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock shelves per planograms.
• Operate POS to process purchases accurately.
• Assist in curbside pickup and order accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and zone standards.
• Support management to improve efficiency and reduce loss.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Open additional checkout lanes when needed.
