Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $17.50/hour
• Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.00, Year 3 - $18.50, Year 5 - $19.50

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking, cashiering, cleaning to maintain store appearance
• Enhancing customer experience through collaboration and service
• Processing purchases, stocking shelves, providing customer assistance
• Communicating effectively with team and management
• Participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy
• Adhering to cash handling policies and confidentiality protocols
• Performing other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

• Stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and performing store tasks
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk regularly

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Customer service skills, cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment safely
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow policies and procedures

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred
