Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a compassionate STNA to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our facility.

You will follow the resident care plan, identify residents with wristbands or photo IDs, and document care and observations in a timely manner. Responsibilities include reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining a calm and supportive environment, and ensuring resident safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• Must possess, at minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband or photo ID before procedures.
• Record and report changes in resident condition to nurse supervisors.
• Follow policies for protection of health information and privacy.
