Job summary

Nashville SC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain natural grass and synthetic fields at our academy facility, Currey Ingram Academy, with potential work at Geodis Park and the Vanderbilt Health Training Center as needed.

This full-time role requires physical labor, outdoor work in varying conditions, and availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will perform daily field upkeep and assist with broader facilities tasks to support operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience maintaining sports fields, golf courses, or home lawn/landscape.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of natural grass and synthetic fields at Nashville SC facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and keep it in working condition.
• Repair and maintain exterior grounds with landscaping services, including snow/ice removal.
• Perform daily field maintenance.
• Support Nashville SC facilities with other duties as needed.
