Job summary

Nashville SC is seeking part-time stadium support staff for GEODIS Park. You will help maintain a clean facility before, during, and after events, including trash removal, restroom upkeep, and concourse cleaning.

You will interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with safety and emergency needs as required. The role requires standing for long periods, outdoors in varying weather, and the ability to lift 25–60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Availability for 6-8 hours, 15-20 times per year.
• Ability to speak with guests in a warm, respectful manner.
• Enjoy helping others and working within a team.
• Ability to lift 25-60 lbs as needed.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and be exposed to weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stadium cleanliness: empty trash, replace liners, wipe counters, sweep/mop concourse, remove trash around stadium and perimeter.
• Provide a clean and safe facility before, during, and after events.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles regularly.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness: stock dispensers, clean fixtures, keep floors dry and debris-free; empty trash.
• Respond to guests' questions and concerns professionally; assist during emergencies.
