Flagship Therapy in West Jordan, UT is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders in a post-acute care setting.

Open to new grads and experienced clinicians, you will work with a supportive team to aid recovery and discharge planning, collaborating with nurses and therapists to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• License required: Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Open to new grads and experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with speech-language disorders; develop care plans.
• Deliver therapy interventions per clinical standards.
• Assist patient mobility and safety as needed during sessions.
• Administer procedures as part of rehab plan; wound care not applicable here.
• Provide counseling to patients and families; coordinate with care team.
• Prepare discharge summaries and ensure regulatory compliance.
