Flagship Therapy in Anchorage, AK seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehabilitation program. The role pays hourly from $45.00 to $68.00, depending on experience, with opportunities in a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients, developing care plans, delivering skilled rehabilitation, and generating discharge summaries in compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to all experience levels; new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans adhering to standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform standing/walking with patient and occasional lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring regulatory compliance.
