We are seeking a full-time pediatric speech therapist to join our team. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess and create treatment plans for children's unique needs. Focus on functional independence and developmental skills in home, community, and school environments. Help children prepare for independent adulthood. Job Duties:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs and goals of each child.

Provide therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and interventions to enhance speech and language development.

Collaborate with families to educate and involve them in their child’s therapy process, ensuring carryover of skills into daily activities.

Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and educators, to provide a holistic approach to care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.

Stay current with the latest research and advancements in pediatric speech-language pathology to ensure evidence-based practice.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of interdisciplinary treatment strategies.

Qualifications

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.

Experience in pediatrics setting is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques, including inpatient care approaches.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of speech language pathology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
