Job summary

Electronic Therapy in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site services in PreK-12 settings for the 26/27 school year. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours weekly and a starting wage of $50/hour, commensurate with experience.

You will conduct assessments, develop therapy goals, deliver direct services, collaborate with teachers and families, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings, with access to a supportive team and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience providing speech-language therapy in school or pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support goals in classroom settings.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities to promote development.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs.
