Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our on-site team in Anchorage, Alaska for the 26/27 school year. The SLP will provide comprehensive speech and language services to PreK-12 students, conduct assessments, develop goals, and participate in IEP meetings.

We offer a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week), competitive pay starting at $50/hour, and a collaborative, supportive environment with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication goals in classrooms and other settings.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities into therapy sessions to promote development.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and progress accurately and timely.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language needs.
