Compass Group USA is seeking a full-time Sous Chef at Laurel School in Shaker Heights, OH. You will assist the Executive Chef, prepare and cook foods, and oversee kitchen staff to ensure quality and timely service.

The role requires prior cooking and supervisory experience. Location is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends. Online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking and supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviews, scheduling, payroll, training and performance reviews.
• Stores and handles food according to safety procedures; maintains sanitation of equipment and area.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures; keeps display equipment clean.
