Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume batch cooking and catering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including scheduling, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Stores food per safety procedures and maintains sanitation.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains equipment and workstation sanitation and cleanliness.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
