Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for full-time COOK positions in Tukwila, WA. Location is Sodo Culinary at 360 Corporate Drive North, with a Monday–Friday 4:00 AM–12:30 PM schedule. Previous batch cooking and catering experience is required.

Qualifications

Previous batch cooking and catering experience is required.

Responsibilities

Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards and temperatures.
Maintains clean kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies; adheres to safe food-handling procedures.
Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and reports any maintenance needs.
Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
Follows HACCP standards and ensures proper presentation and serving temperatures.
