Job summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering in Seattle is hiring immediately for a full-time Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations, supervise cooks and food-service staff, and ensure recipe and production standards are met.

The role is based at 2122 7th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121 with schedule Monday through Friday (hours vary). Previous culinary and supervisory experience is required. Pay ranges from $29.00 to $31.00 per hour. Online applications are accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils; ensures proper food handling and serving temperatures.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
