Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates and participates in staff reviews.
• Stores food safely and maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation.
• Assists in menu understanding and communicates items clearly to staff and customers.
• Monitors inventory and coordinates deliveries and waste tracking.
