Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join The Subacute at Autumn Lake in Voorhees, NJ. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $43–$46 and a comprehensive benefits package.

As part of the rehabilitation team, you will assess residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized treatment plans; provide therapy addressing communication and dysphagia; monitor progress; educate families; and

Qualifications

Licensed in New Jersey as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
New graduate SLPs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals.
Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia.
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other care teammates.
