Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join The Subacute at Autumn Lake in Voorhees, NJ. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $43–$46 and a comprehensive benefits package.

As part of the rehabilitation team, you will assess residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized treatment plans; provide therapy addressing communication and dysphagia; monitor progress; educate families; and

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• New graduate SLPs are welcome to apply.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at The Subacute at Autumn Lake. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary care team.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals
• Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
