Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in Essex, MD. This full-time position offers the opportunity to help residents improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and overall quality of life while working within an interdisciplinary team.

Licensed SLPs in Maryland with strong clinical and organizational skills are encouraged to apply. New graduates are welcome; prior skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals.
  • Provide skilled interventions for communication, cognition, and dysphagia.
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate.
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
  • Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing individualized care and helping residents improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and overall quality of life.

What You'll Do
