Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join The Subacute at Autumn Lake in Voorhees, NJ. This full-time role focuses on strengthening residents' communication, cognition, and swallowing while collaborating with an experienced care team.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ SLP license and a master's in SLP, with strong clinical and organizational skills. Compensation includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and CE support, all within a collaborative rehab

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals.
• Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Educate residents and families on strategies to support progress.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and care team.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at The Subacute at Autumn Lake. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary care team.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals
• Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team
