Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Windsor in Windsor, CT. This full-time opportunity focuses on helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive, and swallowing skills while supporting meaningful progress and quality of life.

Qualified candidates will hold a Connecticut SLP license and a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• New graduate Speech-Language Pathologists are welcome to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals.
• Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as needed.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies that support continued improvement.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Windsor. What You'll Do
